If it follows Xbox, it will be all public messaging disabled, which includes stuff like Overwatch's communication wheel and spotting and stuff like proximity chat in Arc Raiders. At least on Xbox, you keep messaging between friends and can join a friends party.

Makes no sense, defenders of the OSA were so keen to say "well in real life you need id for X or Y, so internet should be the same". I don't need ID or to verify my age to have a public conversation, so why do I need it online? I do hope Labour keeps going though, the more they overreach, the less effective the "porn shield" will be, won't be able to deflect any criticism behind it forever.
