Agreed I have 2 of them with my Ultra and mini sub. Perfect together, someone on here convinced me the mini sub was more than adequate - thankfully I listened to them.

This might just be the set up im looking to get . How much of a noticable difference on scale of 1 to 10 ( 10 being very noticable ) is a cinema experience when adding 2X One SL'S and the minj sub to my Arc Ultra ?

A good 7 or 8, the SUB is so subtle but turn it off and you're left thinking where did the sound go 
SL's again are subtle especially for sports, TV and movies less as you really do get that immersive sound.
The best way to describe it is they all compliment each other really, really well. I was unsure so I bought them from Smart Home Sounds who allow you to try and return if you're not happy. I didn't return them and if any of them broke outside the 7 year warranty I'd be buying a replacement instantly.

Ahhh decisons decions Era 100'S or Era 300's to go with my Arc Ulta - anyone know where I can demo both side by side ? Will be 80% for TV use .
Richer Sounds or Peter Tyson should be able to demo either speakers for you.
You mention TV use, what audio format? If it's not Atmos then I probably wouldn't bother paying the extra for the Era 300's.

You also need quite a large room for the 300's and they ideally need to a good distance from the walls and not to the side of you. Most UK living rooms are not big to accommodate them, and I'd argue they would end up sounding worse than the 100's.
Imo era 300's are overkill for rear speakers
