GTA IV - Let's speculate!

I'd like to see a TDU-esque "free roaming" system, but with the added coolness of all the things that made GTA what it is - running people over, gang wars, etc.

Multiplayer is probably the highest on my list of wants - it's quite frustrating when you play a game like GTA and know how great it would be playing it with friends. A "cops and robbers" game mode would be awesome.
 
I miss Vice City.
I don't think it's the fact that New York is in it again, it's the fact that New York is in SO MANY different games now that it's becoming predictable.

I for one would have preferred something like Paris, Rome, Berlin, Munich, Istanbul, London, Barcelona, Moscow, Budapest, San Fransisco, California, Amsterdam.

Anything like that.
 
Would be cool playing a dodgy copper. Doing missions for the bad guys then missions for the good guys and trying not to blow your cover! Would be great!
