This Album cover was finished in June 2001 but was redesigned for obvious reasons!

The original cover art for Party Music, planned long before the events of September 11th, and originally intended to go to press on that fateful day, featured an image of the Twin Towers exploding, with the two rappers posturing in front of them-- one holding conductor's batons, the other holding a detonator. The image, says the duo, was intended as a metaphor for the effect music can have on a corrupt system. 75 Ark said no. A last minute phone-call stopped the presses and the cover was redesigned.

I'm sorry but this is the best cover ever. Its a single cover though, not an album cover.

'The entire sleeve was fashioned as a 5.25 inch disc and looked amazing. The single release was delayed by 3 months as Peter Saville had difficulties producing a design that could be efficiently mass produced. It is thought the artwork production costs meant that the single actually lost money for Factory Records.

Blue Monday has become the best selling 12 inch single of all time shifting 3.5 million copies.'
