I can't remember the exact names if the earlier cards, but I'll give it a go:

ATI Rage (?)
3dfx Voodoo
3dfx Voodoo 2
3dfx Voodoo 3000
ATI Rage Fury Maxx
Nvidia Geforce 256 SDR
Nvidia Geforce 2 MX 200 (?)
Nvidia Geforce 4 4200 Ti 64mb

Nvidia Geforce GTX 780 3gb
Nvidia Geforce GTX 980 4gb
Nvidia Geforce GTX 980 Ti 6gb
Nvidia Geforce GTX 1080 8gb

Highlights for me were: Voodoo 2, Geforce 256, 980 pro, x1900xt, 4870, gtx580, gtx980 ti.

Geforce 256, 980 pro and x1900xt were game changers for me though. They just bought a whole new level of performance and features.

Powercolor Radeon 7000 (32Mb DDR)
GTX670
GTX670 SLI
GTX970
GTX970 SLI
GTX980
GTX980 SLI
GTX 980ti - Gigabyte Gaming G1 (RMA, coil whine)
GTX 980ti - MSI Gaming 6G
GTX 980ti - EVGA Classified
GTX 980ti - SLI (EVGA Classified and INNO3D Hybrid Black)
GTX 980ti - INNO3D Hybrid Black (cooler removed, custom EK block fitted)

I'm currently debating whether to pick up another reference 980ti to pair with the INNO3D! :p

I will resist Pascal unless a 1080ti gets released, at which point I will be powerless to resist. :(

Rivia TNT2
5200FX
8600GT
9800GTX+ (which died)
ATI 4890
7870
7970
390X

2019 edit - Black Friday 2018 I bought a 1070ti for £360.

plus 50 million other old graphics cards in my second hand 'tinkering' builds over the years, currently an 8800GT.

Jeez, I had quite a few early cards, mostly ATI and a few Nvidia, usual Voodoo and Rage starters, this was back in the AMD Athlon days, working my way up those socket A chips to the AMD Athlon XP 3200+. I even had a Macintosh flashed 9800 as an upgrade from it's RAGE? GPU I think it was for my old Mac G3 biege tower and G4, pointless.

Never did a lot of PC gaming back then, to be honest it was the Command and Conquer and Warhammer Dawn of War games that got me into what I would say was my proper 1st gaming GPU's, on the AMD socket A chips. I thought it was amazing, coming from the old 256mb cards to an HIS HD 3850 IceQ 3 Turbo 512MB (256bit) GDDR3 AGP!

That was with a Gigabyte MicroATX with an AMD Athlon XP 3200+, and 2gb of Corsailr XMS Pro PC3500LL with LEDs, With a Hiper modular PSU in blue lol. Jeez those were early days, green round IDE cables too! Oh what an eyesore haha.

Various ATI/Nvidia PCI and AGP models between 128 and 256mb
Nvidia FX 5200
ATI 9000 models
HIS HD 3850 IceQ 3 Turbo 512MB (256bit) GDDR3 AGP
ATI 4870 Toxic 1gb PCI-E
Powercolor HD-5750 passive cooled
MSI Twin Frozr 7950
MSI Twin Frozr 7950
EVGA GTX 1070 FTW

Not a huge amount.
