I might have set it up, then put PJ screen up, down again and setup the 2.35:1

didn't stop in same position.

My sub just died, so needs a new capacitor in the amp - but so far I'm enjoying it - there's room for improvement I believe, however it's not bad at all!

Non AV stuff - So Louise has stripped down a sideboard and stained and varnished it, it started pretty orange but it’s a nice dark colour now. She’s also been planning her art for the walls and I hung them this evening.

If you're dead set against blackout blinds/curtains consider getting a joiner to make you up a set of shutters for those double doors.

The light leak during the day isn't bothering me.

I was only considering voile blinds for the reflection.

Even then I'm really happy with performance currently.. So no rush

It was actually quite a liberating feeling, that if having a sub were to cause neighbours to complain (unlikely) - that I could live without

A decent sub maketh the Home cinema
