This is the first time I have had a go at benchmarking. Aside from setting higher clocks and running fans on max(on air) what else can you do? Unless you want to keep your secrets to yourself but wheres the competition in that haha

What card/bios you got? Where do you even get custom BIOS from?

I have a zotac Amp with a Galax 380 watt bios on it, a bykski block and a good chip I guess.

It's a reference pcb, so all bioses made for that pcb can be flashed to it. The bios was posted in a forum awhile back. Could be here actually, but don't remember. If you have a reference card, you could try it.

Nah think mine is custom, its an Aorus Extreme. Not sure I would bother to be fair, im going to assume you would only see a benefit in benchmarks anyway and not in gameplay?

dont think it works on custom cards.
Yep, cant run those clocks in games either, so i wouldnt bother unless you really need that powerlimit (mine came with 15% which was abit low)

I let the fans run at 100 for a bit before running the test, GPU idle was about 36. Supposed it could boost a lilttle higher for longer.

Indeed, its a lot of fun, 4k is very close though. I to will try to push further, but you got me on memory easy.
Didnt think all of them was going to be chart toppers though. Usually submitting mostly to hwbot, dont have the cpu to compete in 3dmark unfortunately

Your memory is 7865? Mine is only 7070? I can run at +1000 for 1440p but not 4k(it crashes). I got better results with around +970 though.

Yeah my CPU is not great, but it works well (at least im 90 percent sure it
s not holding me back) at 4k.

I take it your are gaming at 4k with your setup? I think I will up getting a 9700/9900k at some point. Would you know if my current RAM would be a good match/fit for one of those two?

Yup, 7000 is stock, and I have +865 in afterburner. Yeah, gaming at 4k

I could probably tell you yes, it's my job to build pcs, so got some hardware experience. .
