Didn't do the run to get on the board, I was just tinkering, the 569 post is with hyperthreading off single core.I'll update later but for now...

For your information, I did do a run with it off, ok.exactly +1 or run the single core mode in the bench
Yeah I did see, could you do me a favour and run a multi score with 4 real cores + 4 ht, so basically imitate an old i7 4c8t?.For your information, I did do a run with it off, ok.
Can do, but at what frequency ?Yeah I did see, could you do me a favour and run a multi score with 4 real cores + 4 ht, so basically imitate an old i7 4c8t?.
4.4ghz and 5ghz ?Can do, but at what frequency ?

Just did one on 4770K @ 4.4GHz, multiscore of 2058.
Can't do 5GHz with my chip. 4.5/4.6GHz max but too much voltage for 24/7.
Not a 9900K just dropping this in for comparison for when Moorhen2 runs his 9900K under same scenario.
No problem.@moorhen2
Really appreciate you setting up and running the bench. Thanks a lot , that shows the scaling I was kinda expecting, roughly +300 and +500 in multi,
Makes it clear for me that cheaping out on a 6c6t 9600k/8700k just wouldn't be worth it.
Think it's going to be the 9700k, but gotta wait for Amd to show it's offerings as ideally I'd like 8c16t.
Good scores. If you look at the scoreboard though, i think you will find you still have a way to go to beat mine . And mine is only at 4.25Ghz, i think you might need to do a bit more work on your ram
