The AMD Driver Thread

Fair point. It is peculiar that DX11 sees no support for RIS, there's obviously something in that API that doesn't play nicely with it.

It would be great if they can do it though. How many great games like The Witcher 3 or GTA 5 would benefit? DX11 stayed with us a long time, there are a lot of good games that were made while it was around.

The dx9 support means little though
What dx9 game can't play with native 4k etc?. RIS may enhance the IQ but its moot with this level of game.

I'd be excited for RIS if it was DX11.

Yea i play mainly dx11 games atm. I have about 2 dx12 games. Gears of war 5 is probably the onloy one where RIS will help me out big time.

Monitor resolution is 3840x2160. Game resolution is set to 1920x1080.
Radeon Settings -> Display -> Scaling Mode is set to Full panel.

The issue is that when the game is launched, it occupies the left top quadrant of the screen and there is no way, I haven't found a way to make it full screen.

What's the problem with AMD Radeon Settings?

I've had this as well but I can't remember which game it happened with now, It may of been Bowl-o-rama.

Pressing alt and enter used to fix this for me. The games i used to have problems with this happened on both Nvidia and AMD so was likely a game problem back then. It's worth a go though as it's never failed me yet when it happens.

Thanks a lot!
Yes, Alt+Enter activated the full screen mode of the game.
Until now, it was torture for me every time to change the desktop resolution to 1920x1080 and then to go to the game.

Thanks God :)

In my system, scrolling is also not ok when HA is disabled.
Maybe someparts of your configuration are more powerful and take care for smooth scrolling.......

Its a web browser lol, parts aside I came from a much older i7 also never had an issue with scrolling on a browser.
i7 8700k 32GB DDR4 3200mhz Samsung SSDs VEGA 64

The only thing I can honestly see helping is the SSDs I know this from using Laptops with HDD before upgrading them.
