The dx9 support means little though
What dx9 game can't play with native 4k etc?. RIS may enhance the IQ but its moot with this level of game.
I'd be excited for RIS if it was DX11.
Fair point. It is peculiar that DX11 sees no support for RIS, there's obviously something in that API that doesn't play nicely with it.

Getting crashes on two point hospital using Adrenalin 2019 Edition 19.9.2 for my sapphire 5700.
What's the best way of reporting this to amd?
Monitor resolution is 3840x2160. Game resolution is set to 1920x1080.
Radeon Settings -> Display -> Scaling Mode is set to Full panel.
The issue is that when the game is launched, it occupies the left top quadrant of the screen and there is no way, I haven't found a way to make it full screen.
What's the problem with AMD Radeon Settings?
I've had this as well but I can't remember which game it happened with now, It may of been Bowl-o-rama.
Pressing alt and enter used to fix this for me. The games i used to have problems with this happened on both Nvidia and AMD so was likely a game problem back then. It's worth a go though as it's never failed me yet when it happens.
It would be great if they can do it though. How many great games like The Witcher 3 or GTA 5 would benefit? DX11 stayed with us a long time, there are a lot of good games that were made while it was around.
Had some crashes with these new drivers just browsing on chrome. Thought it was cpu oc but its been fine and gpu drivers were updated recently so its probably those im thinking.
If i do, scrolling is worse, so no thats not a option.
Never any issues with scrolling ob chrome I disable hardware acceleration.
In my system, scrolling is also not ok when HA is disabled.
Maybe someparts of your configuration are more powerful and take care for smooth scrolling.......
