The Turing RTX 2070 Owners Thread

Mine crashes after 15 mins at +1000 on the memory but I can get +900.
The difference between that 100mhz is negligible though, unless you're looking at benchmarking scores. I run my fan speed at 55% when gaming which usually keeps it under 54C while still being quiet, this allows me to boost upto 2055mhz on the core.

oh absolutely. It was more about just trying to see what it could do.
+1000mhz would crash after 10 mins
+950mhz would crash after 2 hours
+900mhz would crash after 4-5 hours game time

I should probably revisit but for now, I've left it stock.

Hmm seems like you didn't win a very good lottery with yours. Im playing Tom clancy's breakpoint at the moment and can game for hours on end without a crash. How long have you had the card for?

Well I've joined the club, but even though I ordered on Sunday they only shipped it out today so I wont get it till Wednesday. Rather annoying as I've arranged the week to be in all day Tuesday. But ho hum, not a lot that can be done about it.

Gigabyte 2070super windforce OC will be here tomorrow and then I can see the improvement over my MSI 970 and ill find out how badly the Xenon 5650@4GHz bottlenecks it.:)

I’ve got an MSI Gaming Trio X and like it very much. I haven’t played much that’s majorly graphically intensive yet though but does push Jedi Fallen order very well and Apex is pegged at 100FPS, my monitors refresh rate.

new owner to the club :)
