That strange racism where whites and Hispanics/ Latinos are imprisoned at rather similair rates and Asians at around 1/6 the rate!
Que the but.... but muh systemic history of oppression narrative....
But then we have newer 'peoples of colour' entering the country who have both lower economic prospects and much lower incarceration rates than the natives....
One day you may wake up to the fact that it is the culture of the respective groups that drives these disparities and not systemic oppression in the modern Western world.
You may then realise what you have done to prop up some of the less optimal cultures.

You're completely ignoring black people get locked up for decades for next to no reason.....and Yeh some white people are in jail but for horrific crimes, getting similar sentences for murder as a black person gets for simply smoking a joint - it's completely absurd.
Go find some fancy stats on what people are in for and compare their sentences.
Cannot believe you're justifying it and worse, using the abuse of minority races by simply saying 'Yeh but they commit more crime', christ on a bike.....also thinking the western world doesn't oppress people is madness.

As to the blacks get picked by the cops unfairly angle...one of the few attempts at investigating whether police do victimise blacks for minor criminal matters based on their colour and not differing offending rates was done when the New Jersey highway patrol were accused of being racists for stopping more blacks in traffic stops.... So they divisied a clever study by measuring the speed of cars on a stretch of freeway (covertly) whilst also photographing the drivers of the cars concerned (again covertly).
A panel of people where then asked to try and establish the ethnicity of the drivers photographed but crucially they didn't know what the recorded speed of the corresponding cars was and didn't know if the vehicle was exceeding the speed limit or not.
The results of the study showed that the drivers identified as black were apparently speeding disproportianally when compared to the actual stop ratios for the police suggesting the police should be stopping more black drivers if they were acting on the basis of offending activity alone whilst ignoring ethnicity!
