I seem to have landed myself a 3090FE, this was never the plan. I wanted a Asus 3080 TUF or a 3080 FE. It
was appearing more likely I would be able to get my hands on a TUF but at the cost of £1200+, I thought I might
as well go for a 3090FE when I phone dinged that it was in stock in the UK.

The issue I have now is I need to get rid of these pair of Corsair PCI-E cables. they look a mess.

I've been looking at some options:

For reference the PSU I have is Corsair RM850 (2021).

-Corsair 12-pin GPU £20 + delivery costs, assuming it will come from Netherlands..Only available in black.
-EZDIY £13 but not rated for a 3090FE
-Cablemod comes to 58 Euro's and it said 4-6 weeks shipping! all custom white.

Which vendor did you guys go for?

I got the corsair fe cable, it's pretty good quality, but changed my psu so it's currently gathering dust.

Cannot speak for cable mod but I ordered another fe cable for my 3090 from moddiy, its OK but think I'll pay the premium for cablemod. The moddiy cable is also a too short since changing my case to a fractal torrent

EK probably know prices will be higher than they are now for next gen, Stock will be very limited so 6 months to get as many 3000 series customers as they can.

I was just wondering now that the weather is starting to get warmer, what sort of under volt people are using, and what results they are getting?

I had a play the other night and have set 0.950v at 2Ghz, with a 110% power limit. And a custom fan curve that doesn't go over 50%
I don't over clock the memory at all.

At that, my FE is rock solid, hovers around the 2Ghz mark playing Cyberpunk, and even after a couple hours doesn't go over 70C core.

6+ months after doing the repaste/repad, Junction temp maxes at 88C and Hotspot is still 13C above core temp.

If you're undervolting, why do you have the power limit at 110%? Transient spikes happen all the time and you're allowing them to happen at 110% of your TDP - if your undervolt is stable, try dropping the power limit until your start to lose performance.
