I'd say anytime from 02:00. The Epic mystery game is becoming available at 02:23, I'm guessing it will be announced during the show, the only question is will it become available during or straight after. Most likely, because that is such a specific time, it will be during and I would imagine that a Valve announcement would come right at the end of the show. Last year's show was just over 3 hours, and this year's starts at 00:30, so, 03:30 would be my best guess.

I'm just going to have the stream open in the background.

I just can't see valve touching the TGA for any sort of announcement. Why would they dilute the most eagerly awaited release with any of that slop?! If it's going to happen, perhaps next week.

I would not even entertain any of this malarkey, if it was not for the Shapiro "see you in the new year" tweet. Not many days left!

The recent updates given to HL2 and their episodes gave them a little polish. I'd love an EP3 release.... and then HL3.
