You pay a premium for buying early whilst stock is so scarce. I can understand if the price dropped between you ordering and dispatch, but 12 days later...Nah. £30 isn't a massive amount on a £400+ purchase either.
Also interested on when the Icon is going to be in stock. I sat in the epic when I last went to ocuk hq to pick up my GTX 1080Ti and it would good to go back and try them side by side.
Don't know if the branding would be a deal breaker but this is black and doesn't come with any leds.

Ok then. You can either find it under administrative tools on the control panel or right click computer on the start menu and click manage. Or just type it into the windows search box. Take your pick.

Got a friend with the msi 270 gaming and 2 others with the msi 290 gaming who've all had them running at least a few months without any issues.
I wouldn't waste your time worrying about it, in the unlikely event something goes wrong down the line then RMA it...
