I've just ordered a pair of WD greens 1tbs for my NAS. Can you know how fast they are, although won't it depend on the NAS more then the drive? Can't comment of support personally.

thanks for the reply. I've decided to go for a more budget option and buy a D Link DNS-320 NAS. Hopefully that will suit my needs, although it would be nice having the option of installing programs to run remotely which the server could offer. Lookforward to hearing your thoughts.

Can't fault shuttle service, sent them an email about my spring on tuesday. This morning I have a brand new spring for the dvd drawer free of charge fresh from Germany. Hopefully that will overcome my problems!

There is a reset button, its to the right of the front usb sockets marked by a circle with a arrow. You need a pen to hit it.

I've had no post problems, I have had to get in touch with support to get a new spring for my cd drawer, the one fitted really was too long and wasnt shutting the cover properly

nae bother got there in the end, and didnt need to reformat so very pleased!
