No and NO.

Trailer weight controlled tow car due to weight.
Tow car needs to be heavier than the total trailer weight or else the trailer controls your direction as per video.
Also positioning of the load over the trailers axle has a significant input. (too much weight over the rear and you effectively end up with a pendulum
Stabiliser bar *might have helped too (stops you getting into that situation in the first place)

Okay this really demonstrates the difference rain can make to a track.

Firstly is the ev0 that went off about 5 cars in front of me. Then is the car that was just in front of me. Followed by a westfield that crashed earlier on in the day.

This is the problem with Hill climbs compared to circuit racing. There is absolutely NO run off, one late brake, turn in or loss in grip and your up a bank, in am Armco or wrapped around a tree.

I'm competing at Gurston down hill climb this year and there's sod all run off if you make a mistake.

Seeing rain on the windscreen sinks your heart, especially if you are trailing the other competitors.

The car will have a far lower CD factor, lower resistance evens up the bikes power to weight advantage
