1:40 dead for me Pretty surprised considering I've not done anything like this before; although I do use the rower for tabata cardio!
Tell you what though, I did my front squats afterwards (had a break first!!) and boy were they a struggle! Doing 15s at the moment and it was my 5th session, so 57.5kg. Did the first set, but couldn't make it past 12 on the second set Legs made of jelly!
