Mine did that, but only when I was in heli.. The exit button on the keyboard wouldnt work, so had to press it on the joypad :confused:

apart from that, it worked.. Although I still cant fly anything at the moment!

Yeah, it does. I don't have a soundcard in there and use the onboard audio.

The crashing and the fact you can't join a server because of a map change is getting rather tedious now.

Right click on the audio icon in your tool bar and choose playback devices. Highlight speakers and click on properties. Click on the advanced tab and untick "Allow applications to take inclusive control of this device" Then apply.

See if that sorts it.

Nah mate mine is a 5850

It will cut back to the battlelog page and say Host Error or something, and if not that, it crashes to desktop and says BF3 has stopped responding. Everything is fine when its in game.

Thanks Thundy, I'll give that a go and post back. What does that actually do?. Is this a common fix?.

Well it has cured my hard locks with looping sound and BSOD. So I'm hoping it may help with your reboots.

I've p[layed about 10 hours of online. Yes not a lot like some others. Af firsti wasn't enjoying it. But now im getting the hang of it. Getting more kills then deaths lol.

I don't know if its me or anyone else, but i dont like playing on a 64 man servers,

I only maps i like to play at the moment is Metro and Brand Bazaar on Rush only any other modes and i refuse to play...

Would anyone be interested in a Large Conquest server on Hardcore?

Played Hardcore for the first time yesterday and overall I found it to be much more than I thought it would be at first.

Definitely makes people work more as a team

Edit: Do you get similar thing with xbox 360 pad if you push down on right analogue stick?

Control Panel > Devices and Printers > Right click the controller and choose controller settings > Properties > Then you should see a row of numbered buttons from 1 to 10, click anything on your controller and it'll light up, the number corresponds to the ones in the game joystick settings so just change em.
