Landscape/Portrait lag gone.
Browser is very smooth and spell check now works.
Camera seems better, focus and image quality appear to have improved.
Battery is no worse than before and too early to tell.

mine wasnt wiped...but I have only updated clockwork recovery and updated to 4.04

Arse... I would have probably taken it for £320, that's a good price.
Am getting fed up with mine ... even after flashing to 4.0.4 issue with wifi on and not connected and vice versa, is still here...
Going to flash it back to stock and give it back for repair. No more waiting and having hopes it (issue) is not here..
Here I come o2... after this, I will be asking for a replacement one...not necessary nexus...will see how they will react on this...

Wow! missed out. Was gonna buy it for my sister for that price.
bugger let it go for £300 as well
cash sale sold within 40min so that was ok, but yeah let it go cheap
That's two of us with flashed 4.0.4 factory images. Anyone else done it or got the OTA?

I tried out AOKP last week out of boredom. Noticed that the GPS didn't work out of the box and that it required further tweaks. I couldn't be asked with the effort so switched back to stock (4.0.2).
But now I use the Nova launcher as it's ICS based and pretty awesome!
Anyway, was hoping for an OTA update, but might just do it myself later... will keep updated!
Edit: Now on 4.0.4 after manual updated!

How did your GPS not work on AOKP? Mine seems fine. Can be a little slow at times, but it works.
