And yes accidents happen but not really to 12 (or so) people. It is really bad and will look forward to a decent explanation from someone.

Crappy customer service from that guy first off. Seems there is only one or two decent OCUK staff on these forum that try to actually say sorry and that they messed up.

Still annoying though =/
 
I received mine today but unfortunately my car blew on the way to work so I had to spend the first hour or two fixing it after. Now im sat waiting for the game to update with my 256kb/s speed from Sky. Yea they are awesome...

Ive been downloading for about 3 hours and im just hitting 50%. Looks like ill have to play tomorrow.

That being said at least it bloody arrived!

Thanks OcUK. First game I bought from you guys and as long as you stay competitive ill buy again.

My only complaint if a little cheeky (its not a real complaint) is that I am yet to receive any harribo... Even when I bought a custom PC for around £2300 last year I didn't get any harribo...

Where are my damn harribo's! :p

Yeah the initial download/update takes quite a while. Worth the wait though :)
 
as I mentioned yesterday here.

I have explained what happened and why there was an issue shipping the games.

I have had emails from people who have cancelled their orders last night which I am replying to this morning. However, the remainder of the games shipped last night which means I am unable to open the package and send the code ahead of the game as it was already in transit.

I understand that it is frustrating but it really is the limit of what I am able to do.

an mentioned, some complimentary games are being issued to all people affected by this.
 
What about the people who canceled after all OCuk guaranteed the game on launch day, Myself had to do a 35 mile round trip just to get a copy of the game.. :( i had my preorder in early month.. :( Jolly poor show, I was going to preorder Mist, But i think i'm safer just to go to the games shop.. :(

we have sold out of our initial allocation sadly.

we are just awaiting confirmation from NC Soft, literally have not got an eta, I would estimate around 2 weeks. :(
