You'd shop elsewhere over 2p when we give you these forums and absolutely unbeatable customer service, surely its worth 2p.
no, there is plenty of loyalty here, I will definitely be buying from you guys, I'm just pedantic. Also the fact I DO qualify for free next day makes my 2p well worth it over the 3-5 working days from the other place

It's almost Overclockers closing time yet my GW2 is still marked as "Printed in our warehouse". All my other separate orders have been dispatched this morning, yet apparently my GW2 has not
Really worried since Overclockers is due to close in a few minutes... I only bought it from here since it was guaranteed to arrive on Tuesday *fingers still crossed*

I pre-ordered mine on the 21st (yay payday!) last week and had the same issue. I have since received an email confirming it has been dispatched and it is no longer in my 'outstanding orders' tab on the main page.
I do hope you get yours too. There is a guarantee afterall...

The Gem store Is a place where you can buy Vanity items and 'boosts' (you get damage/xp/swiftness/toughness boost for 1 hour)
They have to make money some how.
At least it gives half a chance they will continue to develop the game as they are making something out of it. I don't think it is realistic to expect a company to run and host a subscription free game with no financial gain for them. That's what I think anyhows

I just order a copy at around 5pm today. I know it's not gonna arrive tomorrow, but fingers-cross for arriving on Wednesday

DPD don't have the game apparently but they have my other two orders. Overclockers have failed to up hold their guarantee, for me at least =/
Not only that I also contacted them about this problem yesterday morning and they confirmed that I would receive all 3 orders today

Well for me, they've despatched the game but not my earlier hardware order although i was also told that both were meant to be delivered today. I'll likely have the game but no computer to use it on.

dont get me wrong im all for them making money but i would rather it was a sub as cash shops = pure greed and poor development as soon as then need a few extra £. if u want to have cash shop make game free if you want ppl to pay for the game and want money do subscription system. i have long term subscriptions for RIFT and SWTOR happy to pay for the great content used to be happy to pay for star trek online but it added cash shop and F2P so canceled sub happy i did as now content is terrible its all aimed to cash shop items

Here we are 8am launch day and my order is still in the warehouse. Very disappointed in how ocuk have handled this.
For one, the guarantee said the game would be revived 'by' the 28th which usually implies that we would have had it before. I accepted the fact the stock didnt turn in time for shipping on Friday and would receive it today.
Oh well, half tempted to cancel it and stump up for a digital copy, but would be nice to hear from ocuk and their reasons first...

Indeed. This is unacceptable, especially since it was guaranteed to be delivered by it's release, which is today. The game is in stock, they had our order for a while so whats the problem? Mines stuck at "Printed in our warehouse" all Overclockers needed to do was give it to DPD...
And Gothic, must be painful receiving the box with no computer!

That's the other thing that irritated me on this matter, there seems to be no rhyme or reason to how they've apparently shipped some orders already based on this post alone. I have had my order in for some time now and then orders placed almost a week after mine have been sent?
