I've never heard of a Sandy booting up and stable at 4.4 at under 1.2V or questionably under 1.3 but OK .
Pics, links?
Do u have to be so nitpicky? I never said under 1.2v,i said 'around' which to me is give or take half a volt..

"Brilliant! I've done a few hours of Prime95 at 4.5Ghz and 1.29. I tried 1.285 but it BSOD after 20~ mins Everything seems to have stabilized so far which is great. Not sure if there's another reason why it can't do 1.285, but maybe like you said, every chip is different.
Average temps are around 60C."

That was a quick google search as i cant be bothered to go into my BIOS changing settings and take pics and stuff.
My 4.6GHz is about 1.35v which isnt far off ur 1.32v and im sure i could do 4.4GHz at 1.21v(ish).
