Was it Gibbo who originated this one? Or a site?
I don't know but if he did he must have a big following over on the Chinese forums who visit the OCUK graphics section.

Shall we declare 20nm officially busted?
http://fudzilla.net/news/graphics/36721-20nm-gpus-not-happening
I'm starting to think that it may be a good idea that us 290/290x/780/780Ti users might be better off grabbing 2nd card to crossfire/sli and skip the next 28nm card and wait for 16nm if that is true...Probably won't see anything on 20nm but I think it is best to wait until cards start appearing on 16nm.
3DMark scores for factory overclocked GTX960 are leaked:
http://videocardz.com/54263/nvidia-geforce-gtx-960-specifications-and-performance-leaked
Seems close to a R9 280 or R9 285 or slightly faster than a GTX760.
So basically the same performance we had for the last year in the £150 segment but with lower power consumption.
Confirmed to use a 128 bit memory controller. At least there are 32 ROPs.
Another one about the GTX960:

At least Nvidia have not locked down overclocking on the card, which is a good thing and I am glad to be proved wrong about it.
