OK, SLI scaling is messed up. Both cards hovering at 50% use.
Here's my single card score, which amazingly is higher than the SLI score!

If anyone gets SLI working on this, please let me know. As it stands, both cards drop to 50% use. 
Classic symptom of multi gpu not working. I've seen it before myself in new games when a proper Crossfire profile is not present.
