Now let the fun with blocks and what not begin.

I guess you give whoever is buying them from you the code generated in nvidia experience, and the link to the nvidia website.

They can then use that to link the game to their GOG account.

Gpu block = £90ish (another £20 if u want backplate)

All in, you would be looking at ~£300 although you can knock a bit off by getting some 2nd hand gear from members market.

Or you could grab 1 of the hybrid u its from EVGA which far as I can tell do a pretty good job for a little over £100 I think.

What a sodding nightmare I've had; utterly my own fault, too.

My Gigabyte board has PCIe slots 3 slots apart. Moving from the Hydro Coppers, I wanted an EK Terminal. So I ordered the 3 slot serial, and the Terminal block. I go to fit the block, and realise it's for the 'block' and not terminal. :( So then I order the correct part and pay extra for next day delivery, to then fit my new MSI motherboard and realise that MSI motherboards are 2 PCIe slots between the correct ones, so not only is the Terminal the wrong type but the new part I've ordered is not needed. So a new DUAL slot one ordered and emails sent in asking for refunds.

TLDR I'm an idiot and will have two paperweight Titan X's on my desk till the post man comes on Thursday.

Ok so I'm going to wait until Fiji actually appears but if it's still a choice between the Titan and the 980Ti which should I go for as I can't decide

I'm going to be running 7860x1440 so will be getting three of whatever I end up buying, cost is not really a factor but the Ti's would be a nice saving none the less.

Rest of rig is 3930K@5GHz on a RIVE, all under water at the moment.

Playing Elite Dangerous, BF4 and a few other FPS's.

3 TitanXs, at that resolution it is no contest.
