There is this ....one of the old technique's used many years ago and still used for DAW (digital audio workstations) running on multi core cpu systems. Its not a wonder boost for fps but what this does is may get rid of them nasty little glitches you may get...can also help with getting rid of all types of micro stutter...

Very nice, I pre-ordered my 1080x last Tues so I am playing the waiting game.
There is a new shipment coming into overclockers on Friday but not sure where I am in the queue so will just have to wait patiently until I upgrade my ageing 780gtx...

Anyway enjoy the card I am sure you will be very pleased by its performance.

looking very nice! id be interested in clocks and temps with the first AIB cards with extra power connectors.

Will see if I can get up in the loft and find the 980ti boxes, don't want to leave them about and damage them.

Bloody quality!!

I run mine at 70% fan and it keeps it to about 80c and a constant 2Ghz+ :cool:

I always run my cards with a 1:1 fan ratio so I expect to have it run around mid 70's, Fan noise doesn't bother me as I have cans on all the time when on the rig

It's a fair bit quieter than the Ti/Titan reference cooler tbh, so I'm very happy about that

(barely hear mine at 70%, so prob won't bother with a block)
