+1. 2.3Ghz seems high to me. Especially with a stock boost of 1936mhz

Nope. the last time i looked at my 290x was when I was draining my loop. I might look at the top of them but most look the same with a backplate.

All i care about is my games and what's on my screen. It could be the ugliest thing on the planet but I wouldnt care if it ran everything at 60-fps at 4k.

just open the picture in windows and make it as small as u want and printscreen it and crop it etc maybe theres an easier way but

anyway I did manage to see it lol the bird look like an old pokemon

I'm really looking at getting one of these, can you tell me what the card boots to out of the box, what temps are like and noise? if you can persuade me I'll ditch my FTW order and pick up one of these

Got it oc @ +75 on the core and I did have it @ +500 on the mem but have since brought that down to 425.

Get around 2111Mhz on the clock which I am happy with.

Doesn't go above 40% fan speed either and is not hitting higher than 70 degrees. Quiet as a mouse so far.

brilliant! they're looking like really solid cards these! only I hope the price doesn't go up, the memory is already overclocked correct? so therefor a 425 on the memory is very good! I think I'd have mine set up with a 1:1 fan profile for maximum cooling and noise

trying to squeeze abit more out of it but atm im happy

btw anyone looking to put Kyronaut on ur GPU dont bother lol decided im going to stick with Gelid GC extreme as that always gives me better temps than Kyronaut no matter how many chances I give the Kyronaut to perform :rolleyes:

Black goes with anything there are no excuses to use silver apart from saving on paint? I guess if you counted up the pennies from no paint on millions of cards it is a decent lump sum. I hope they spent it well the utter cretins because ive been locked out of the game until black/red comes along.

There is i think one manufactuer who went with a black card without flashing logos, Lights, Stickers etc and it got branded as the most ugly card ever haha! I think it looks sexy compared to the ugly lovechild of R2-D2 and Tinman. It must go well with all those super common silver cases right!?
