The WANT thread!

Unsurprisingly...

I want to replace my very reliable and economic civic with this and paint it as 1990's BTCC replica, but I just can't get the wife to agree that this is a great idea.

C'Mon diagro, you wanted the mps to start with ;)
You should still be able to reclaim a nice amount from the 2.2. There's a few mk2s for sale ATM at around 7k which in my eyes is correct. Not the usual 11k places are asking.

Mk1s seem to have taken a bit of a tumble if you could live with the tax

I'm reeeaaaly tempted to chop it in for a fully fledged MPS... if I get on this teacher training next year I will have the extra funds free :D

Well my money no object cars would RS4 for daily and Audi R8 V10 for weekend. SQ5 for school run, TTRS for GF, A1 TFSI for eldest daughter.

Realistically? Not sure I could really dump £70K into a car in this lifetime but I might be able to. So I'd squeeze a Gen2 997 Turbo - I know a 996 GT3 is similar money and more of a drivers car but I need the 4 seats and I'm no hero behind the wheel.

Probably - I'll have £15K to play with next April. I either make a pension contribution, spend it on the house, or buy a car with appreciation potential. See which option actually results in a gain :)

You know how this works, you post stuff that you'd love to own but can't due to finance / non-understanding woman / moneypit / whatever.

So Mondeos and 3 series need not apply. The only other rule is that the car must actually be for sale, so no poster children!

C'mon guys, post some ads :D
