Well... I received a delivery this morning.

1.5% on the core is best I can do with 1.150V.
2200 Mhz on the memory looks stable though.
Increase the power limit to like 25% to get 1342 consistantly

Is your version the Nitro+ OC or the Nitro+?

I saw on a review the Nitro+ OC being abble to work at 1390 without change the Vcore, maybe they got a golden chip...

Greeting all... I have had my R290p unlock to R290x since late 2013. I fancy an upgrade do you guy think it's wise to upgrade to RX480 or wait for the RX490? And what is the performance difference in crossfire?

IMO, it is such a small upgrade you would be wasting your money. Save your money and either wait for Vega (not a 490 I don't think as I think the 490 will be a dual 480), OR alternatively, fork out for a GTX 1070. 359... great deal at the moment.

Gtx nvidia 1070 would be nice if I did not have an Benq freesync monitor.

Why can't I increase memory clock above 2050? I use new 16.7.3 driver from AMD.com

Seems to be the case with the new settings version. You will also notice that the clock slider only goes in 5% increments now rather than 0.5%

You can however revert to the old drivers to get the original WattMan then update the drivers but exclude the settings component. Then you can still clock GPU and RAM in the same way.

Did anyone tried connecting it to 4K tv.? Every time I set it to 60Hz PC just reboots as if the reset button was pressed.
I know I should use hdmi 2.0 cable which I don't have but I thought it won't hurt to try.
In worst case it shouldn't let me choose 60hz or display anything but definitely not just reboot.
