HI there

Due to a balls up and pricing error by MSI we have stock of GTX 580's from MSI at just £399.99 Inc. VAT delivered to loyal forum members. However these are no ordinary GTX 580 they are sporting a rather impressive overclock making them at this price an absolute steal and we only have 90 of them left and the price will be going up £30-£40 midday Monday unless they sell out sooner:-

its got higher clocks than the EVGA superclocked thats what sold me in the vein hope its better silicon for 950mhz on air!

*edit* these are very hard to find on google and all i found was a website where someone had one and it did not have the proper overclocked settings as default.so whoever buys one and has a psu to pre test let us know if its stable and has the proper core mhz!

From my experience of the MSi cards so far such as the 460s, 470s, 480s etc they usually clock better but this is 100% down to luck of the draw 'Im afraid. Seeing it factory clocked at those speeds is reassuring though!

Thanks to the OP for posting up this offer! I've been hovering over buying a 580 all day and I finally decided to.

I will no longer have to suffer the heat put out by the 4870x2 currently installed. :D

Why does this come up while I'm out of the country :( This is cheeky, but if I order this now and select a delivery date when I'm back do I still get it at this awesome price?

As long as the payment is cleared by Monday, I would guess that you will still get the good price.

580GTX is good at that price. The benchmarks by tweaktown are amazing in SLI and in 3dmark11 they score P10,432/X3,597.

In either single or SLI setup, your getting good performance for your hard earned cash.

A 2600k+5970+5870 scores P11,141 in 3dmark11 so it isn't as clearcut as Nvidia would hope. I know that Ati setup is actually three GPUs, but they are clocked lower with less bandwidth.

well if it makes any difference my payment has yet to show up on credit card and i ordered on like friday :)

i cant wait im going from a 2.8 dual core 8800 gtx to a sandy bridge and 580 gtx :D
