Only found out about this phone yesterday, have you guys heard of this phone?

[Specs]
Official released phone information:

5.5" JDI 1080p display
Snapdragon 801 (Unknown clock and model)
3100+mAh battery (non-removable)
Sony Exmor IMX214 6-Lens 13MP camera
5MP Front-Facing camera
16GB & 64GB Variants
Stereo Speakers
StyleSwap Covers - Multiple materials/textures
Single-SIM card
Global LTE
GSM Only
Something better than pre-orders
No front branding
FM Radio
2 year CyanogenMod support

Specs seem good and they've paired up with CyanogenMod. Supposed to be quite cheap too at under $400 and is supposed to be released on the 23rd of April 2014.

I'm interested in what thing phone will be like, however I have a few concerns:

1. Build quality and durability (unknown company with small R&D budget )
2. Cyanogenmod support- Will it be mostly bug free or random device breaking bug
3. LTE support in the UK ( or GSM only?)
4. The device as a phone- Call quality, battery life (on cyanogenmod)
5. Warranty & customer service- Local returns or overseas

Overall, will see what they release on the 23rd of April.

I've had my eye on this for a while and what with the interchangeable backs with different textures I.e. denim Kevlar Bamboo etc this will be the sleeper smartphone of 2014.

Especially if they hold the price below the proposed $400.

I'm incredibly interested in this phone, but I'm still waiting on what the speaker situation is. For me, it's front facing or nothing. It simply doesn't make sense for them to face any other direction.

I'm very interested in seeing how the device is built, given it is not a well known name/brand and how things like the screen/camera are. Most of the rest should be good, given the software is CM and the SoC is current.
