ok im pretty apposed to scientology’s methods e.g. trying to get that tom cruise vid banned form everywhere etc and im not a big fan of the "religion" but this is going abit far

debate im all for and maybe a partition but this is out right harassment its not like there going out and beating people up who bad mouth scientology

They won't get anywhere tbh. A bunch of college students who possibly have access to a small botnet. Vs a multinational "religion" with thousands of members and unlimited funds. I'm sure they can hire the best security experts on the planet to fight back.

What's the big deal about Scientology? I find it no more ridiculous than the other hair brained stories from the main religions. I haven't seen you all signing up to a war on Christianity/Islam etc.

At least with Scientology I don't get a bunch of ****s turning up at my door trying to give me magazines and generally being a nuisance.

How about you target the ones that tell people to blow people up and get to pay no TAX. Scientology is basically a pyramid sceme where you pay money and the idea is it will further yourself later on, you scratch my back, i'll scrath yours kind of thing. Hence them being big on Karma. Probably more truth to it than an arc full of animals and turning water into wine...

No, you get harrased in the street for a "stress test" to check your "Alien souls".

Never ever had a knock on my door from a religeous sect. Although there is a Christian church just up the road from me which annoys me with their loud Christian "Rock music", musical bells ringing out at 8pm at night. I mean, if I played MY music that loud at that time of night, people would complain very strongly. It can be heard across my city.

for me its just the way they take criticism .... not well would be putting it politely Christianity/Islam dont try to ban\shut down atheist sites or have try to make people apologies for criticising them or have leaked information\information that they dont want people to see removed from the internet etc

No, but they send you their rubbish even when you tell them you are not interested. After about 15 years I finally got rid of them by putting their unopened post inside an unstamped package and sent it to their US HQ. After the third time of doing this they stopped.

that is because you aren't in a big Scientology area, scientologists have been known to be hugely manipulative of the weak and vulnerable looking for help and have taken considerable amounts of money to people for little to no benefit of the individual.
Scientology is both very weird and in some cases quite evil in it's methods, I'm not saying that Scientology is evil or that all it's members are only in it for financial gain. But there is a lot of very dubious things that some Scientologists have covered up.

It doesn't affect me all that much but I've got friends in the US who get scientology stuff regularly where they live and some of the implications are quite scary. Implying that to be "correct" you have to go on a strange course type thing, where you pay to have Scientology counseling.

Read the Tom Cruise thread, it's full of posts explaining why scientology should be considered different to other religions.

You'd have to be extremely weak minded to pay a load of money and take up a religion just to be "correct".
