Resident Evil 4 - Wii

Howdy,

Anyone who owns this game already (be it on the PC, PS2 or GC) are you going to get it on the Wii too? ITs suppose to be really good with the wii remote! And its out on Friday!

I completed it 50 times on the GC, and I have it on the PC now and have completed it a few times on there too

I love the game so much I am considering getting it for my Wii too, but I wanna know if people thinks its worth it? And if you are doing it too?

Using the wii remote to control Leon's aim don't sound cool!

I will be getting it for the Wii, I own it for the GC but its the ntsc version so i am unable to play it on my pal wii

Even tho I haven’t played it I think the only people who would really would want to buy it are the one who really like the gc version but haven’t got the ps2 or pc version with all the extras or the people who simply haven’t played it (i only heard rumors that people havnt play it

)

From what I’ve read it’s more like a collector’s edition

Got the GC version, completed it a quite a few times, even my mom has, I had to give her a save game of mine so she could run through it with the infinate rocket launcher.

Nothing like hearing your mother yell "Boom female dog!" as zombie parts fly everwhere :rolleyes:

I've got the Wii version on order, looking forward to trying out the new controls.

The GC version was one of the greatest games ever imo, and this has the PS2 exclusive content and with the Wii-mote this should be brilliant for aiming

It's by far the most newbie freindly (no tank controls, infinite saves, ammo etc) RE but it's quite different to the others. Awesome game in its own right though

Well its got all the new content of the PS2 one though, so it is quite different from the GC one. No diff from the PS2 one though, apart from the controls of course!

what new content did the ps2 have then besides bad graphics?

Had Ada's side story, tbh I never played it on the PS2, but that was one part. There where a few other bits also, cant remeber what!

About 2 new guns. It wasn't worth the purchase over the GC version. As much as I say graphics aren't important they really add to the atmosphere of single player story driven games like RE4.
