Anything less than 1.5v for 3.8ghz and it just blue screens, Maybe i just have a really poor chip as i've had a QX9650 at 4.5ghz in this rig before and it never needed such extream voltages on the north bridge, CPU PLL, FSB Termination ect before.

I must admit, that does look like an extreamly high Vcore to cpu speed ratio. Let's hope that's not a typical Vcore requirement 
Yep, Which is why i think CoreTemp isnt reading the temps correctly.
