I think we need a thread just to highlight how many of us have had problems with OCuK's 24" Monitor and the poor customer service from DGM.
A lot of users in the large thread on this monitor have all been told around 7 working days for replacement/repair but in the real world this does not appear to be true.
DGM should not be quoting those values when clearly something is wrong with their supply chain 'so they say' or when they know they can not fulfil repair/replacement in the time-scale quoted.
Can you post with something along the lines of: The fault you had, How long you had the monitor until the fault occurred, How long it has been with DGM.![Smile :) :)](/styles/default/xenforo/vbSmilies/Normal/smile.gif)
