Digimate 24" Monitor - What problems have you had with yours?

It's a shame reading this topic. At the time this monitor was providing unrivalled levels of quality for the money. If it's lasted a couple of years I'm sure you've got your monies worth already!

Hmm I dont agree, if it says 3 years warrenty then DGM should honour that atleast.

I had the 24" DGM 1920x1200 res screen, it died almost exactly a month before the warrantee ran out. Screen went black, speakers started to crackle and the blue light failed to come on. Never had any problems with it for almost 3 years (2 years 11 months) and was used almost every day for long periods, I'd say I got my moneys worth out of it really.

I did decide to send it back though eventually and they picked it up on the 8th of September as scheduled, now it's the 25th of November and after several calls with no luck in them getting a replacement part I get an indian guy asking if I want to replacement...eventually I accepted, I wasn't getting the same resolution as 1080P seems to it. From the sounds of the description he gave me I think i could be this one which is also a TV. I'm using a year old Samsung B2430 1080 (zero dead pixels) and I have kinda accepted it for what resolution it is.

This is what I'm expecting to be delivered next week some time.

I'll be buying a new monitor from a company that provides better after sales experience should anything go wrong as the wait is ridiculously long.
