I went Birmingham today. A positive is it has some great architecture. Negatives I think the people that go there think it's a land fill. There are bins everywhere you see them every few steps but the amount of litter is beyond a joke. It's worse than Stoke On Trent for litter. Also when I got there I begun to think if I would actually see any English people. lol :p

One minute I felt like I was in Pakistan, Then Africa and as I carried on it changed to Japan. I never felt that much of an outcast before. Anyway I think my favorite town here in good old England which I've visited so far is still Stafford. There's virtually no litter. The people seem lovely and there's some wonderful buildings I think some maybe Medieval.

They are taking over ! be getting there own tv stations, radio shows and food aisles in supermarkets next.

Oh wait hang on ......

I don't think I've ever seen a bin in Brum. I asked this one secuirty bloke and he said "just throw it on the floor!" haha, was gold.

It's spot the white man in Brum, but hey that's what we get for being the second biggest city in the UK.

Stafford is just awful :S

Honestly, it's THE most boring place in the UK.. I spent 3 years there as a student and haven't been back there since.

Birmingham is great for a night out, or try Manchester / London.

Cities are always full of different races / hustle and bustle, thats all the fun!

Stafford... eurghh /yawns

I was there for business and had a hotel booked. Thought Birmingham was an absolute dump. I cancelled my booking and got the train back to Manchester to stay there. Horrible place.

but there's like six or more gaming stores there. For me that's like heaven. :D

There are at least 8 in the Arndale centre alone next to me ;)

Trust me, Stafford is as sleepy as little towns come.

I wouldnt mind, but bar the centre, the architecture you speak of is non existent, some of the most horrible late victorian terraces are around that area.. I know.. I lived in em.

Only place I have EVER parked in the UK where my car has had bits ripped off it 5 times in a year...

Being a student there sucked too as the locals hated you, when I was there the RAF base was still open too, so the RAF meatheads hated you too.. never forget when I found a RAF guy stumbling home fly kicking peoples wing mirrors off because "******* students are worse than Hitler" (pretty sure thats the quote).

"I'm in Stafford, get me out of here"
