I dont know whether this has been posted before or if its even true. I treid the following on Facebook...

POLICE ARE GOING AROUND PUBS AND CLUBS SAYING THAT WE CANT WEAR OUR ENGLAND TOPS FOR THE FOOTIE & GOTTA TAKE THE FLAGS DOWN AS IT IS UPSETTING THE PEOPLE THAT DONT COME FROM HERE!!NOW IM NOT RACIST , BUT THIS IS TAKING THE ****! THIS IS OUR COUNTRY AND WE NEED 2 MAKE A STAND IF YOU/THEY DONT LIKE IT GO AWAY! WOULD YOU REMOVE UR TURBAN & BURKHA BECAUSE IT UPSETS ME? IF YOU AGREE POST THIS AS YOUR STATUS
 
Just one of those stupid BS Facebook things that attracts idiots to post it as their status. Wearing an England shirt in a pub is obviously going to be allowed, there's no rule over what clothes someone can wear. Waving flags around in peoples faces is probably not going to be allowed though but then if I had some idiot waving a massive flag around indoors I'd probably be annoyed.

btw I love these Facebook things that crop up. Especially the "100,000 people join this group or facebook will be a pay site" :p

You can't wear football colors in some establishments. Dunno if it applies to England stuff though.
 
Only thing I can think of is they're taking the **** out of Daily Mail readers with their story on the council that ordered England flags down recently.

Not a chance of this happening in my local, the police aren't brave enough to go in let alone tell people to take down flags and remove their tops.

Looking out my window i can see about 20 or so england flags on the high rise opposite. Someone in a club last night was chatting about they have been told to take them down pffttt
 
ROFL, if there was even a half second period where you thought that might be true, probably best to just end it now.
 
I would like to see the police enter a pub on game night to try and take England flag down, Que Riot.
