The 10 play-off winners join the 22 automatic entrants in the group-stage draw with the 32 sides split into four seeding pots and one from each drawn into the eight groups.​

The 38 play-off winners and the ten losing teams from the UEFA Champions League play-offs to make up the 48 clubs that go into the group-stage draw. The 48 sides are split into four seeding pots and one from each drawn into the 12 groups.​

I hope Man City get Barcelona, teach them a lesson. Last year Barca had such an easy group and so did we... kinda boring group stages last year to be honest... apart from Inter and Spurs.

Kinda wanted to Barca in our group to be honest. More games against them the better we can get.

City are better equipped at dealing with Barcelona than any of the other English teams. Don't think anyone wants City or Dortmund.
 
I guarantee we will end up getting Lyon, Zenit and Dortmund. :p

Zenit wouldn't be so bad normally but I imagine the away leg will be horrible around that time of year.
 
Hopefully we get an easy-ish group but knowing our luck we will be grouped with Barca or Utd:p.

I sincerely hope that City get Barca or Real and i hope the pair of them teach City a real footballing lesson...i will laugh my socks off if that happens:p

Don't think we can be grouped with teams from the same pot mate. Really hoping for City to be matched up in a ridiculous group though. :D

Correct you are but u just never know with our luck....im hoping we get an easy-ish group because if Wenger doesnt strengthen our squad in the next few days...i think we are in deep trouble as we will find it very hard to qualify from the group stages:(

LOL they will do well but i dont think they have the class to beat Barca over 2 legs....unless Barca have a real bad day at the office but the chances of that happening are next to none...they will get smashed at the Nou camp.

:D Milner, Barry and Lescott vs Messi, Xavi and Iniesta... hmm

I wouldn't be suprised to see a 7-0 trouncing in 1 leg, never mind over 2.

if De Jong played, he'd ende up kicking Messi in the face, i'd put good money on him getting a Red vs Barca, partly through the fact that he's a tough tackler and can have the odd bad challenge, but mainly because barca would play to it massively.
