As funny as this sentence is, UEFA coefficients are a bit odd really, aren't they?

Despite having a top-class squad, Man City only get a low seeding basically because they've never been in the CL before. Likewise, when the rumour was yesterday that Liverpool might get the extra spot in the CL, for having the next best coefficient, but all that's doing is just rewarding the team that's been in the CL the most recently.

Silly UEFA, sort yourselves out.
