Anybody watching Moto GP & see the crash, Simoncellis helmet got ripped off, This looks real bad.

Yes they've red flagged the race & will restart it, Coverage is on BBC2, Simoncelli is awake apparently so hopefully not as bad as it looked, Simoncelli went down & the bike brought him back into Rossis path, Rossi hit Simoncellis head & ripped his helmet off. :eek:

Jesus shocking week for motorsports after Dan Wheldon last Sunday, hope Marco is ok, missed the crash as was watching the Rugby but switched over and saw the race was red flagged.

Not seen the crash but sounds horrific if it ripped his helmet off

I hope he makes it through this, one of my first thoughts was "no way his helmet should have come off, poor helmet design!" but I guess all that hair is going to influence the fit. C'mon Marco, you have not had your time yet.
