Jesus this is awful. I haven't watched MotoGP in a few weeks, and I'm just shocked to see this. I think everyone will be hoping that he pulls through.

I don't follow the sport so can anyone tell me why he was falling off before the other two got there and hit him? It looks like he had passed out or something.
