Great, cut benefits to British disabled people, but let people like this come in and stay on them?
I'm starting to become really confused about this govts actions....

Why, he should be placed on trial, this country is sick. We hurt our natives, we attack the poor and disabled yet we protect murderers.
Human Rights Act Yes fact remains slaughtering 400 of his own. Another one we can't kick out on human rights African War Criminal Claimed to have wiped out entire villages.

A big part of this is that he hasn't actually been convicted of anything, and from what I can see he isn't officially wanted by anyone. He could potentially be making it up to avoid deportation.
Its pretty monstrous but some thought should be given to the fact that he was inducted into the gang at age 10. Its not as though he grew up normally and then turned to crime.

While I agree he should face some form of punishment - we have laws against extraditing people to country's which exercise the death penalty.
What I do fund hilarious is that some of the same people got all bend out of shape over the 'Kony child warrior' stuff & here you have a man who was recruited at the age of 10.
Like it or not, executing people responsible for massacres doesn't suddenly bring the dead back to life - the damage has already been done.
What we really need is an international police force to deal with this kind of situation - so can be charged for his crimes & sentenced accordingly - without having to deport him for executing (which is in violation to our laws).
Oh wait sorry, I forgot this was another story designed to rile up the stupid masses against the ECHR.

Not the sort of person we should be allowing into the country when there's far more suitable people being turned away all the time

He is exactly the kind of person we should be allowing into the country..under the asylum system. but he should be heavily monitored..id imagine he was monitored back when he arrived here 10 years ago.

Yep i read that bit..im still not seeing the 'constantly drunk and aggressive' in there tho.
Regardless how he was brought up, brainwashed or whatever... We all know that killing someone is bad, and know right from wrong.
This person should be deported full stop, and so should go anyone else not offering a service and providing for this country. I am sick of people pillaging off the easy ride this government provides.

I'd also like to point out the irony that some of those suggesting he should be executed because "we all know killing somebody is bad"

It's ok though, I'm sure the fact that he's not "constantly" drunk and aggressive will be great comfort when he attacks one of the neighbours in a drunken rage.

I believe in the theory 'an eye for an eye', but he should be deported regardless of the crime commited. If you can't provide for the country then leave!!
Well, id like to think that 'we' all know...and he may well have known...but we dont know whether he would have faced retribution if he hadnt of killed as a member of the gang.

The asylum laws are in place for a reason. Its the way things are dealt with that may need some looking at. I dont agree that he shouldnt be monitored any more.. That seems insane to me.
