machete killer who butchered 400 people in his homeland can stay in UK on benefits

Well, id like to think that 'we' all know...and he may well have known...but we dont know whether he would have faced retribution if he hadnt of killed as a member of the gang.

You want to deport him to face death..yet you say we all know killing someone is bad? How does that work?

The asylum laws are in place for a reason. Its the way things are dealt with that may need some looking at. I dont agree that he shouldnt be monitored any more.. That seems insane to me.

I did say killing someone is bad, and if you are willing to take a life then you should be willing to suffer consequences of your actions. This applies to all crime, not just murder. This guy is a potential danger to society and also not providing for the country where he is in asylum.

you said killing is bad but you then said send him back to face execution. you dont see the contradiction there?

well hes been here ten years and hasnt done owt wrong..and the article says hes looking for work..and thats the DM :o

forget these mass murderers people its the poor we must attack there the enemy of our country they brought the country to it's knees in debt kill them allllllll.

We all know that killing someone is bad, and know right from wrong.

You're right, he should be deported and executed.

You say you believe in "an eye for an eye". So if somebody puts out someone's eye, the police should do the same to them?

Edit: Aww, beaten to the punch :(

You're right - it doesn't explicitly say "constantly". However it does say "he's a quite a big drinker" "gets drunk" and "when drunk gets aggressive". Anyone with more cognitive capacity than a pebble is able to read between the lines?

Considering that The Daily Mail probably read between the lines to come up with the original quote (for all we know, he might have just woken the neighbours up shouting when coming home from the pub one night), I'm always hesitant to make presumptions based on newspaper reports.

Well yes, there is of course that :p

A whole ocean of salt must be taken with anything from the news, particularly the DM - however the point still stands - would you be happy with him as your neighbour?

Wait, what? This is a result of the Human Rights Act 1998 incorporating the ECHR into UK law, so if you're going to blame people at least blame the right ones.

We can always opt out it is called "European Convention on Human Rights" another good reason to leave the eu.

Never had these human rights when I was younger we used to kick **** like that out in a heart beat.
