I would properly go on a sea fishing trip at Jersey (well I am 16)

If the former I can recommend the Maldives, idyllic, peaceful, me time..

If you've got the money, going on holiday abroad somewhere would be the logical answer. Up in the mountains somewhere on a snowboarding holiday would be my preference.
