A big mac is about half a pound so 10 is 5lbs seriously very very few people can eat 5lbs of food in a normal sitting.
For example the man vs food challenges about the most he can ever eat is somewhere between 4-5 lbs.
So you go ahead and state everything but sodium which was the point I was making, iirc one burger has about 80-90% of the daily amount of sodium you should take in.
I think the problem would be the amount of liquids you would need for all the bun and then it would swell up in your stomach and make you feel fuller I guess?
RDA? because if so RDA are the minimum not the optimum amount
I just got back from Florida and tried Five Guys for the first time, being a big burger fan I was impressed!, I had their "little hamburger" which is a normal sized burger with loads of toppings, nothing little about it and it was only like $4.
Ive heard theres one in london but being london, id rather not go anywhere near it, its probably double the price as well.
They also had this awesome bit of kit which I didnt even know existed, Lime Coke is tasty.
On the subject of competitive eating was it Kobayashi who "challenged" a bear to a hot dog eating contest?![]()
