I just searched my email for 'Xbox' and I have one from their with 2 redeem codes for free XBLA games 'Joust' and 'Robotron'
No idea how I missed that, I hope they still work.

I gave my serial to wannabedamned on these forums. Would they have emailed him or both of us?
Hey, Yeah I've heard nothing either. I'd kinda given up hope
But considering people on here are still receiving them, I Guess we're still in for a chance, Annoying, Because I sent them off pretty early in the give away
