When I’ve sparked people I’ve also left. I’m hardly going to hang around waiting for them to recover.
Oh Veitch is an utter plank, sure, and I too enjoy when he gets what he’s asking for only it goes wrong for him. That doesn’t involve walking up to him fronting you have a knife though.

funny though you report a crime a police and courts dont do anything. You defend your self and the criminal knows who you are you got a criminal record.

i think it is appalling the state we are in today with the law often seeming to protect the criminals rights before the victims or potential victims....... however that said... i have never heard of Charlie Vetch before this thread, however a quick look at some of his videos and he to me seems like a total pest as well. Personally when i am out and about i do not want someone coming up to me, invading my personal space, goading me or otherwise taking the .... out of me either shoving a camera in my face, and some of his comments just in a random jump through a video at minority people etc were bordering on vile.

Dont care if hes alive he should have been minding his own business and he did ask him at least twice to stop and this guy looked huge and intimidating too. Because of these idiots in my area at the moment more and more are saying i only go out when needed. I go out out but not after school time or weekends and as said school holidays are coming so that be even worse. We are having braking ins and ASB from as young as 8 year olds smoking weed and vaping in local park and throwing full bottles of water at parents and kids and threatening to take skates away. One had bike just taken of him after just putting it down by a teenager just 2 days ago. But you defend your self and its you get done for. Local community should have stud up him for this person more and glad he only got short amount of time where the bullies get praise.

While it's an awful situation, there comes a point where you need to stop letting them live rent free in your head and control your life.
I'm speaking from experience. It wasn't long ago I witnessed a vulnerable young adult horribly assaulted by a gang of youths not far from where I live and he ended up in hospital with a bleed on the brain. I could have decided never to leave my house during those hours again, or I could accept the fact that they aren't going anywhere and deal with it as and when/if it happens. I'm certainly not going to become a prisoner in my own home just because something bad could potentially happen if I leave the house at certain times.
Admittedly, there are exceptions, such as if you are vulnerable yourself, but it can easily become all-consuming if you let it.

When there is 6 or 7 of them i think every one is vulnerable even at average size. Im 5foot3 but do look way younger then i am as said. Im 45 nearer 50 then 40 but feel 80 with kidney transplants and other medical health problems what you cant see. Other day even royal mail wouldnt give me package with out been age verified as he didnt think i was over 18 never mind 25 so i am going to be approached by them even more then others but at this point i dont think they care who they are as long as they are not bigger and more of them as them.

Well another breaking this morning same shop as earlier in month proper broken window. Happened this morning at 5:10AM but this time left blood at scene and hope he cut his wrist open to be honest. In last 18 month same shop broken 3 times twice this. Courts are more bothered about if i called some one names online and its life sentence. Cause breakins and ASB to face out out side etc they just say. Aw bless em.

No they aren't though. Get caught breaking, commiting criminal damage, breaking and entry and you're in big trouble. Or worse breaking and entry with someone in the building is aggrevaited breaking and entry.
The problem is the is typically no evidence for breaking and entry. If you have camera's set up you can prosecute - I believe legally you need to put up warnings too.
To be fair, even if they are foolish enough to commit an offence in a way that makes them easily identifiable, it's unlikely they'll face serious consequences for a first or even second offence, even if someone is present in the property.
They would need quite a record or to commit a serious offence, say brandishing a knife at the time, for them to be sent to a young offenders' institution i.e. something that will actually take them off the streets.
I do laugh though, when people try to relate it to the online offences people have been committing. What, you mean the person that called for serious violence against a group of people was easily caught, by posting on their own X account where they could be identified right away? well I never
I'd love to see evidence of someone in the UK being locked up for only calling someone a name online.

Yes my brother shop had CCTV with clear image and even broken glass in hair and clothes which matched the shop door glass when arrested and searched along with some items. It just that hes a small business and courts are not bothered. If it was a bigger shop like the bigger supermarkets like local co-op getting broken into every night then something be done as its a bigger company.
Ive joked that it be window and door place that repairs all glass and doors that employing them to go round smashing up stores. In this day and age it woldnt surprise if true though. It is same place people going to and bet his profit gone threw roof now. hehe.

They did but only one went to court over it and even they didn't get sent to juvie.

.I found an old school photo from 1987 where i was 7 with date and year on it. Even my mum said you cant be 7 there you look about 3 or 4. I said thats why i been picked on my whole life because of my height and how old i look. Like i said even royal male wouldnt believe i was over 18 other week for an age verified package until i said i am actually 45 and said my date of birth but they still looked back twice but gave me package with out seeing id.
