140mm case fans?

Just bought a couple of silent wings 4 for a corsair H115i Elite RGB. I know by experience that corsair fans are loud as ****, so have to replace. I just sent a MSI AIO back as my case panel won't go on, although I have wondered why I wanted a ****** IPS screen to begin with.

Silverstone fhp141. They are noisy after 30%, but even at that low RPM, the airflow is stupid high.

Got the Arctic P14s a year and a half ago roughly. They used to be quiet, but have developed an annoying noise from the bearings. Will throw them out and replace them soon.
