$15,OOO,OOO,OOO,OOO fraud exposed in UK House of Lords

So you're saying that his records are fabricated?

Onus of proof is on the guy making the claim.

can he prove his records are real?

or else we're entering the realms of "PROVE IT WASN'T MISSILES THAT TOOK DOWN THE TWIN TOWERS" and we all know how that ends...

Actually, one could argue that you're the conspiracy theorist here. No other 'figure of authority' seems to have commented on it, so you're subscribing to the theory that the highest authority on the matter is lying to you :p

He doesn't appear to be making much of a claim apart from some rambling speech about how someone has told him some BS, he's consulted some other old codger from the house of lords who's told him it sounds like a 'scam' and now he's got a load of nonsense on a flash drive that he presumably wants some poor civil servant to investigate for him.

Have any actual banks approached him regarding any of this? Lol no! He's already showed himself up to be credulous with the 'mystery foundation wants to bail out the UK' nonsense in 2010.

a conspiracy requires more than one person

I'm saying a man who has made extraordinary claims with no evidence needs to put up or shut up, especially given his record of spouting ********.

To believe his story we must accept the banks + the regulators + HMRC have not noticed 15 trillion pounds of money suddenly appearing.

these the people who will rape you for earning £1 over your allowance miss more than our national debt showing up?

or they all must be in on it.

But he says he has records and is willing to share everything he's collected on the matter. What more do you want? Surely it's a simple matter of checking the validity of these records?

I thought the whole point was that the banks are making money from it?

I'm sure there are plenty of conspiraloons out there with evidence of aliens, footage of shape shudders and all sorts of data re: the twin towers that they believe should be investigated.

Do you really want the treasury to phone up Greenspan at home and say 'erm sorry we've got this crazy guy in our unelected upper house and he's claiming...'

You'd rather believe something with no evidence?

to believe he's telling the truth is to believe HSBC and HMRC are lying to you though.

one requires one old man to have been lied to the other required thousands of financial professionals.

You think HMRC would pass up on that tax bill?

Believe that he's lying to you. It's a belief either way, because the small amount of effort that it would take to prove anything hasn't been taken. That's all i'm saying.

He's hardly making a claim to begin with - he's just rambled a bit...

You're right though in so far as the small amount of effort it would take to prove anything hasn't been taken... but that's fairly common with these tin hat types.

If the number looks silly to anyone:

There are these amounts of money sloshing around in the world, but most of it is tied up in derivatives.

I'm not sure this guy has any idea of what he's on about, but I don't doubt there has been some seriously corrupt happenings before, during and after the 'credit crunch'.
Still patiently waiting for some people to go to prison for that...

ok, ive listened to the whole video of the worlds worst public speaker (moving me into second place) and i'm still clueless as to whats happened. it sounds like $15t has moved from some rich guys account to a bank, and some gold that doesnt exist has been made real and then not a lot has happened with it

can someone explain in morons terms what this guy is claiming has happened and what the problem is please
